Baan Sammi Real Estate Service can help you to purchase property directly from private owners, hence at non-inflated sale-prices. My service is free-of-charge and without any obligation to you. Property will be offered from urban, sub­urban and rural areas of Chiang Mai and its vicinity, with a bias in the north­eastern vicinity. Especially, I look out for property, which is quietly and nicely located, with beautiful views, trees, and suitable to build a house. Further­more, I can guide you and assist in contract details, legal settle­ment through an experienced lawyer, land fill-up measures, providing a local builder, property fencing and others.

Baan Sammi Real Estate Service offers vacant land for sale. All the land offered is suit­able to build a house, if not other­wise stated, and is most often a plot of a rice field or garden land close to a rural village and with nice views, and of course, with access by car, and with an electricity line nearby. The prices of land offered in the vicinity of Chiang Mai currently start at 170,000 Baht per rai, but most of the land is offered at prices ranging from 350,000 to 500,000 Baht per rai. The land prices vary consider­ably, depend­ing largely on location. Land border­ing a busy road is expensive and is usually not offered, as it is more suit­able for business than for residence. If not other­wise stated, all the land offered is with a high-ranking title deed ('Chanot').

Baan Sammi Real Estate Service offers houses/condos for sale/rent. Most offers are single or 2-storey residentials on a small or large plot of land, near the margin or outside of a village, and with beauti­ful views. I also offer some villas and mansions.

A specialty is old wooden rice-barns and farm-houses (of teak, redwood, or other hardwood) which are offered for sale to take down, remove to and rebuild at another place. They are also bought for its timber value, for building a completely new-designed house, for making furniture, or shipped abroad.

Investigative search of property can be executed in the north­eastern vicinity of Chiang Mai only.

The adjacent districts of Chiang Mai are Mae Rim in the north, San Sai and Doi Saket in the north­east, Mae On and San Kam­phaeng in the east, Saraphi and Hang Dong in the south. They can be easily reached by car and motor­bike from Chiang Mai.
